We aim to dispatch orders promptly. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier availability. Root Out is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (pest control/gel-based), we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the product has been opened or used. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to resolve the issue.
