This Shipping and Delivery Policy outlines how Root Out handles order dispatch, delivery timelines, courier partners, tracking, and more. By placing an order through our website or customer service, you agree to the terms detailed below.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays. Orders received after 4:00 PM will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons, flash sales, or promotional campaigns, order processing may take longer.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times may vary based on your shipping location:

  • Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi): 2–4 business days
  • Other Urban Areas: 3–5 business days
  • Remote or Rural Areas: 5–7 business days

These are estimated timeframes and may change due to courier constraints, weather conditions, strikes, or force majeure events.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly stated on our website or social media platforms.

4. Courier Partners

We partner with trusted logistics and courier companies to ensure timely and secure delivery. Each shipment is assigned a tracking number, which will be sent to you via SMS or email once your order is dispatched.

5. Tracking and Notifications

Customers will receive a shipment confirmation with tracking details once the order has been shipped. You can use the tracking ID to monitor the status of your parcel on the courier’s website.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make up to two (2) delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to incorrect address, refusal to accept, or unavailability of the recipient, the parcel will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping fees may apply.

7. Order Delays

We strive to deliver on time, but delays can happen. Common causes include:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable phone number
  • Extreme weather, strikes, or courier service disruptions

In case of a delay, we will do our best to inform you and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Delivery Confirmation

Deliveries may require a signature or verbal confirmation. In some cases, the courier may call prior to delivery. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and that someone is available at the shipping address during working hours.

9. Damaged or Missing Packages

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@rootout.pk or calling 0300-0464809. Provide your order number and photographs of the issue if applicable. We will investigate and resolve the issue on priority.

10. International Shipping

Root Out currently does not ship outside Pakistan. All deliveries are limited to addresses within Pakistan only.

11. Change of Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the address or reroute the delivery.
