At Root Out, we strive to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with every purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns or refunds may be accepted.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • A valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number) must be provided.
  • The product must not be damaged, altered, or tampered with in any way.

Please note that items used, opened, or damaged by the customer will not be eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products (insecticides, gels, sprays, etc.), certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items without original packaging or labels
  • Customized or special promotional items
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (unless defective)

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days via your original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item sent).

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

  • Photos (if item is damaged/defective)
